I am Heather Lopez Certified Reiki Master, Certified Yoga instructor. This is my philosophy.
About Heather
Yoga has been my grounding since my early twenties. Through yoga I stepped into a part of myself that felt real, authentic, and present. I became a certified instructor in 2021 and have since taught hat practice to hundreds of students through classes and Women’s Retreats. I dove into Reiki during the hardest time of my life, at a time I felt as if I were drowning in grief. I rediscovered who I am, what my purpose is and how I can help others blossom into their greatest selves.

Candlelit Eye- Gaze Ceremony & Yoga

Candlelit Eye- Gaze is an intimate act of seeing the human in one another and recognizing the soul within each and every one of us. Focusing on the candle and the gaze between two others and truly seeing one another. This is a one hour event with 30 minutes of yoga focusing on hip and heart openers. Concluding with 30 minutes of eye-gaze. You will be paired with strangers, inviting you to connect back into humanity that is in every person.
This Journey began with Yoga, embedded Reiki, and united as partners. Reiki and Yoga are tools that can be used hand in hand. Through movement and energy is a way to discover oneself.
